Here's the rundown of our trip. We celebrated Marshall's b-day and Father's day at the dunes this year.
10 pm - leave home (after packing alllllllllll daaaaayyyyyy)
1 am - friends run out of fuel (we won't mention any names [Wilson's])
2 am - back on the road
3 am - arrive in Rexburg, sleep in Walmart parking lot
7 am - Kate wakes up ready to go, Mom and Dad aren't (4 hours of sleep?)
10 am - get to camp, set up camp, get ready to ride
11 am - ride, ride, ride, fly a kit, ride, ride
12 am - sleep
7 am - Kate wakes up again (what happened to sleeping in on vacation?)
10 am - ride, ride, ride
8pm - get lost, no really, we got lost in the dark at the dunes, no cell phone, shaved a few years off my dad's life span, figured out where we were, found a cell phone, made it back to camp in one piece, got grounded by my mom from doing that again
12 am - sleep
10 am - ride, rescue the broken quad, then pack up and head home. This was the really sad part, we had a great time with all our family and friends, and just didn't want to leave. Can't wait to go again!

Kate went for her first ride in 'Rex' (please don't call DCFS) and loved it.
Later that night, we had birthday cake.

Kate is so adorable. I am glad she loves the life in the outdoors.
You guys are always having so much fun! I love the picture of Kate in the "rex"! You guys need to take it easy on your dad, you're going to give him a heart attack!
On our next vacay, we will bring the fun, instead of the 'not fun'. Sorry about the fuel, and the bent rim. It's a good thing we weren't staying in your trailer or we probably would have broken something there too!!
Oh it looks like you guys had so much fun...Leave it to the Wilson's to jam you up. It was probably a good thing Zak and I didn't come. You don't want to know what kind of crap happens when Teya and I get together. We struggle :) Hope we can make it on the next vacay!
