Sorry for the delay, got to come home from the hospital on Tuesday afternoon. He's doing well and is eating on his own, although he is still on the soft food diet (mashed potatoes, soup, pudding, ice cream). He is fine having visitors, just be aware that he still does rest/sleep a lot during the day, so he might not get to visit with you. Thanks again for all your support. My dad is amazed that he has so many friends that care about him.

Thanks so much for these updates, Erin. What wonderful news that he is home and eating soft foods. What a guy!! What a terrific family who give such support. Of course, he has a lot of friends, because he is always so willing to give of himself that he is a jewel to us all. We continue to pray for a speedy recovery. Glad he is able to rest at home.
